DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

The villa is confirmed on receipt of 50% of the rental. This deposit is non refundable. The balance (50% of the rental) must be received 60 days prior to arrival date or the reservation is cancelled. The balance payment (50% of the rental) is non refundable. Please note, customers are responsible for any credit card or wire transfer fees.

Staff: Bi monthly lawn and pool maintenance. House keeping service Bi monthly. Any additional days to be paid by guests.
