This large villa is composed of 2 large bedrooms with king size beds plus one bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has got it's own separate bathroom.

Design & functional, this unique property will give you the opportunity to relax like no-where else, with 2 large screened veranda and a swimming pool that gives you the illusion of swimming in the sea. If it is not enough, only few steps from there and you are already in the warm Caribbean sea.

2 extra cottages are available, just next to the beach or in the shadow of great trees. Each has got it's own bedroom and bathroom.

With a local Caribbean style, there are all modern equipments and furnitures you can expect.

-Parties of 10 or less only (children and families welcome).
-No smoking in house, cottage or porches.
-No pets.
-Housekeeping twice a week.

Rental Prices
- US$1,000.00 to US$2,000.00 per night
- 1st November to 30th April US$10,000.00 per week.
- 1st May to 31st October US$7,000.00 per week.
- 21st December to 4th January and 20th July to 9th August US$14,000.00 per week.
One week minimum.
A 10% discount is offered for the second week.
10 people maximum.

Deposits & Payments:
The villa is confirmed on receipt of 50% of the rental. This deposit is non refundable. The balance (50% of the rental) must be received 60 days prior to arrival date or the reservation is cancelled. The balance payment (50% of the rental) is non refundable.
