This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located in Butlers Estate and has great ocean and mountain views and a nice breeze. The large fenced and gated garden has mature mango, coconut, soursop, guava and sugar apple trees as well as flowering plants.

It is a 4 minute drive to the medical university, about a 10 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket and about a 20 minute drive to Charlestown.

The Kitchen is well equipped and opens out to the large dining and living room which in turn opens out to the veranda. The kitchen can be accessed from side stairs leading to the parking lot and driveway.

The main bedroom has a queen size Four Poster bed, ample cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed and ample cupboard space. The third bedroom has a full size bed and would share the bathroom with the second bedroom.

The laundry room is off the corridor that leads to the bedrooms and is equipped with a washer, ironing board and iron and shelving.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Easily accessed from the main road this villa is in a quiet neighborhood.
