The Main House has a great view of the Caribbean Sea with sunsets. From the garden, a Nevisian cut stone staircase takes you to the L shaped veranda, the living room, through to the kitchen and dining room which in turn open out to a side patio and to the pool and garden. The bedroom is set to one side of the living room and has access to the veranda. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a smaller bedroom/office. A hallway leads to the bathroom and to a door that opens out to the garden and pool area. There is a separate laundry room in the garden with washer and dryer. On the ground floor there is a second bedroom and bathroom. The two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning units and there are ceiling fans in all rooms on the main floor.

The Cottage is in the garden below the main house. The cottage is a comfortable large studio. The front door opens to the kitchen and indoor dining table, a sitting area with sofa and armchairs and a king size West Indian four poster bed with en-suite bathroom. Hard wood sliding louver doors open onto a screened L shaped veranda with dining and sitting area and a bathtub. The cottage has a washer and a dryer.
