Wonderful, easy access, about 150 yards to the Oualie Beach with restaurant/bar, spa, and activities such as scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, deep sea fishing, daily sailing or motor boat charters, bicycle rentals, hiking and excursions to St. Kitts by water taxi. A walk through the garden to a private gate or an easy drive down the lane leads to Oualie Beach known for its calm and shallow waters. On the higher part of this lovely beach, Coconut, Sea Grape and Tamarind trees provide a sometimes welcome shade.
Carambola is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom single storey villa and is set in a one acre tropical garden with great views over the Caribbean Sea to St. Kitts.
A large veranda wraps around the house and provides seating everywhere. A section of the veranda is screened and provides comfortable seating for cocktail hour and dining.
The large 30 foot x 15 foot swimming pool with wide deck area is perfect for sunbathing. A gas BBQ Grill allows for outside cooking and entertaining.

Deposits and Payments
The villa is confirmed on receipt of 50% of the rental. This deposit is nonrefundable. The balance (50% of the rental) must be received 60 days prior to arrival date or the reservation is cancelled. The balance payment is nonrefundable.
