Fern Hill is located in a pretty rainforest type environment, above Jessups, with a resonable drive to beaches, shopping, town and dining. The yard is nicely landscaped and fenced and there is a beautiful pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean and St. Kitts.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
The villa is confirmed on receipt of 50% of the rental. This deposit is non refundable. The balance (50% of the rental) must be received 60 days prior to arrival date or the reservation is cancelled. The balance payment (50% of the rental) is non refundable. Please note, customers are responsible for any credit card or wire transfer fees.
