As reported from the Office of the Prime Minister, Dr. Denzil Douglas, "Christophe Harbor Chief Operating Officer, Mr. LeGrand Elebash said progress continues on each segment of the company?s US$2 billion development on St. Kitts? Southeast Peninsula with roughly 40 confirmed home sales in the Sandy Bank area.

"Mr. Elebash said the company this year launched a multi-million dollar international marketing campaign designed to reach buyers throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe."

The first of 90 homes for the Sandy Bank Bay area is under construction.
