She had heard through the grapevine that she had won the coveted title but, according to her, she was in disbelief.
A call summoning her to the office of the Human Resource Manager Malvie James ,was enough to convince her.
?Malvie called me and she told me that I won Employee of the Month. I was very very surprised when she told me that because I have been working her for 13 years and this is the first time that I won this award.?
Human Resource Manager Malvie James spoke glowingly of Simon, noting that although the first years of her stint at Kajola Kristada were somewhat rocky, she has improved by leaps and bounds so much so that ?she is the most improved employee that we have?.
