Nevis Attractions for 2011 Visitors

Capitalizing on the trends toward hobby-tourism and sporting event-tourism, Nevis has announced new travel experiences to lure visitors. To attract travelers interested in hobby tourism, culinary travel, learning vacations and active getaways, Nevis will offer world-class events and programs throughout 2011, in addition to the international TriStar111 Triathlon.
The TriStar111 triathlon will be held Saturday April 2, 2011, preceded by a full week of activities for athletes. Sunday, March 27 will be the annual cross channel swim from Nevis to St. Kitts. Planned events include tours, hikes, cultural events and smaller biking events geared to participation by Nevis? young athletes, especially those currently involved in the Bikes Not Bombs program.
