COLDWELL BANKER BROKERS FROM AROUND THE ISLAND REGION MEET FOR ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS
July 1, 2008- Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands- St Kitts and Nevis Coldwell Banker affiliate St Kitts Nevis Realty joined other Coldwell Banker brokers, owners and managers from around the Caribbean and Atlantic island region in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands for the seventh annual Coldwell Banker Island Affiliate Management Conference, June 26-28. The conference was held at the Regent Palms Resort on Grace Bay.
The group met to discuss local and regional real estate trends, share ideas and strategies, and learn new, innovative marketing techniques including the newest electronic real estate marketing initiatives. The meeting concluded with a tour of Dellis Cay, future site of the Mandrian Oriental resort. The builders and managers of the resort were thrilled to have Coldwell Banker brokers from around the region visit the resort site.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation President and CEO, Jim Gillespie, joined the group and presented valuable statistics on company performance and growth, despite the slowing of the U.S. real estate market.
Managing Director Jim Reed said, ?This is the best conference yet. It is amazing to see how this group of brokers is so willing to share ideas and strategies with each other and the new electronic marketing tools are going to make a tremendous impact on each local market.?
The 2009 conference will be held in St. Maarten, Netherland Antilles, and promises to be even more informative.
