The brothers started selling nevis real estate in !986 when Oualie Realty Ltd was launched with a sales office at Oualie Bay, Nevis. In 2000 the Oualie Realty was invited to join the prestigous Coldwell Banker global real  estate network with offices in almost every contry worldwide. A branch office was opened in St Kitts to focus on St Kitts Real Estate for sale.

 

  The Yearwood family has been in St Kitts and Nevis for five generations and in the Caribbean for over 350 years. Their wealth of experience and local knowledge are at your disposal.. The family also own one of the nicest of the Nevis hotels with just 32 rooms right on the beach.
